Clubs

at Van Zant Elementary School: Clubs/activities

We are proud to offer a variety of after-school clubs for our students.  Please look over this list of club offerings for the 2026 - 2027 school year.  Please note that clubs typically run on a half year cycle.  Students are encouraged to consider all after-school commitments and must agree that once they have joined a club, they will attend regularly.

This year the annual clubs & activity fee is $125.00 for any student who wishes to participate in one or more clubs and activities listed below.  This is a non-refundable fee.  Students who qualify for the free federal lunch program are exempt from the participation fee.  For children who qualify for reduced lunch the fee is $50.00. (Do not send payment at this time.)

At this time, we are sending this notice out for information only.  Club descriptions are attached.  Students may select only one club for a given day of the week.  Participation in certain clubs may have to be limited.

Permission forms for individual club sign up will be sent home prior to the start of each club.

On Tuesday, September 22, after 5:00 pm club sign ups for fall/winter clubs will be sent home via parent square.  Permission forms will contain information regarding club dates.  A club payment form will be sent home after you sign up for clubs.
